Great value for the price paid, exceeding our expectations. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!!????

Our stay was exceptional! From the moment we arrived until departure, the staff exceeded expectations. Rooms were spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained. The resort restaurants offered delicious meals with a diverse menu . (We had all - inclusive package) highly recommend this resort!!! ( we stayed for 10days )

Awesome place and staff!!

This place is amazing. We spent a week there and felt like royalty. we had a great relaxing time. The villa was beautiful, enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi after our fun filled days. The food was delicious. The chefs (Chef Nihal and Kumarisi) were amazing especially to my daughter who has food allergies. The minute she comes to the restaurant, they come asking her for what food she was in the mood for and they would make her meals. The servers were so nice, so sweet, after couple days, Ashfaq knew how I like my coffee. Everyone is so polite no exception from the managers to the staff, this place wouldn’t be the way it is without them. I enjoyed water aerobics with Nishan, wish it was an hour long :) every day, there was a different activity, we didn’t get bored at all. We also partook in several water sport activities, including jet skiing, sunset dolphin watching, and the sunset boat ride. The water sports employees were very kind as well. I would highly recommend.

Very friendly, sincere, attentive staff, they try to please in absolutely everything and everywhere, they pay attention to every little detail and this is very nice! The island is not large and cozy, it has absolutely everything you need, many different activities and excursions. We spent our vacation with pleasure!

From the moment I arrived, the resort exceeded my expectations. The staff provided impeccable service, and I want to highlight the outstanding work of Bayzid, who went above and beyond to ensure our hotel room was a comfortable haven. The level of cleanliness throughout the resort was remarkable, and the pristine condition of the pool added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. it was good but not worth it..very horrible experience at last , so will avoid visit again

food was good, cleaning staff and restaurant staff were very nice and friendly. dive centre was amazing, staff as well specially jerry

everything was way expensive, communication was the main problem, they offered me floating breakfast during booking but I didn’t received it , so many things I have missed due to miss communication. i have asked them a wine glasses which I never received. i have landed male airport at 11:30am still its take 4 hours to reach resort on my second day while transferring to water villa, they told me to check out from 12pm however my water villa wasn’t ready until 4pm , wasted my four hours outside seating in hot temperatures couldn’t do everything because our luggage already picked by hotel staff for transferring. totally wasted my money for 2nd day and very horrible experience while departing the resort , they didn’t check weather conditions and send everyone for sea transfer, almost risks our life. and there were emergency and no body was there to communicate with people or to calm people..

Everything was perfect, except large maintenance work taking place on the perimeter of the island. We understand they were necessary since the breakwater were partially damaged, however it would have been nice to know it in advance

People who works there are so nice!! Very attentive to details.Everyone at the resort was wonderful and thier hospitality and kindness.Loved all of the restaurant, the food was outstanding, special thanks to the postry cheff. SHAN , AMILA & AZOO thank you for making my stay unforgettable.

Great stay with good value for money

We enjoyed our stay at Amaya, there were lots of great things about the resort, some of which are: - excellent staff, from the dining area, bar, spa and cleaning staff. Everyone was great at helping us out, hospitality was out of this world - The food was also absolutely great, there was hardly any day in which the food would be identical to any of the ones in the last 5-6 days. Lots of diversity each day. The desserts were especially good! - the beach suite with private pool was everything we could want; AC was working very well, the pool was cleaned daily. Three showers, two bathrooms, one small jacuzzi. Everything in the little house we had was great. - Infinity pool next to the bar, which meant we had also infinite drinks & cocktails coming one after another - Protected "lagoon", no high waves or currents; I've managed to see a stingray while snorkeling, there were also a big number of fish of various species; not as many as I've seen in other places though - Play area, gym, spa - we used those a few times over the stay; plus we also had a 30 min head massage complimentary for >7 nights stay - fishing trip, sunset ocean trip, island hopping - Small island but everything was quite spacious and good looking - Transfer by hydroplane was great, Amaya staff took care of everything for us. The plane left us somewhere at a stop in the ocean where an Amaya boat took us in. Overall we would enjoy being there again!

- Construction works happened almost every day of our 8 night's stay, as they were moving boulders at the edge of the lagoon to protect the island from waves. They had 3 bulldozers which were working from morning to late at night, but eventually it felt like in the last day there they finally finished working. Because of this, the whole inner part of the lagoon had almost no life in it, close to no living coral and fish was quite scarce. I could see fish though, just not as I was used to in other parts. Maybe when they stop with the construction works things will start getting better

Overall the hotel facilities were great, the location and snorkeling beautiful, the staff is very nice. Scuba center is great, the staff very nice. Food buffet was overall varied and ok. Spa is very nice.

If you are looking for a place to relax and forget about everything else for a while this is the place. Great Staff that greets you always with a smile. Special thanks to Julie at Guest Relations and Afsal at the Restaurant and everyone else that looked after us. The accommodations are spacious, well furnished (we had a beach villa with pool) and well kept. The restaurant serves great tasting food in a buffet setting that varies every day. Huge selection of various dishes from all over the world. The beach is beautiful although the reef was covered with man made barriers to protect from the waves. Still there are plenty of fish to see snorkeling or you can take a boat ride to a large reef not too far from the Resort. Excellent SPA and professional masseuse. An army of people each day rake leaves, comb the beach, sweep patios, etc . Great job Amaya team!

The stay at Amaya was very comfortable and they also gave us a dinner by the sea which was nice of them. In the restaurant there was Navin, who always came and checked up on us and went out of the way to provide ecellent service for us. Its a small island so it is more quiet and peaceful.
